The members of the Paintball Performance Team Hawaiian Blend want to say “mahalo” to all of our supporters who helped with the team’s “paintless” reball target-shooting booth at the Saturday Boy Scouts Makahiki at Kanaka’ole Stadium in Hilo. Lots of people of all ages enjoyed shooting the paintball guns, using paintless “reballs,” which are rubber foam balls that allow you to have the fun of paintball without making a mess. Using a special apparatus, you just pick up the ball and reload. Five club members were on duty to man the booth. It’s a fun sport, and we invite anyone interested in upcoming events to call Charlie Kawamoto at 965-8172.
